The Ntrinsx Certification program prepares practitioners to create alignment, strengthen culture, and support measurable behavior change across teams. Certified Ntrinsx Facilitators help colleagues see differences without judgment, communicate with greater intention, and build a culture of respect that supports performance and well-being.

The Ntrinsx Facilitator Certification is a hands-on experience that prepares internal practitioners to confidently facilitate the Understanding People learning module and understand how the broader Ntrinsx ecosystem supports sustained behavior change. It helps participants understand when, why, and how to apply each tool so they can facilitate meaningful learning, support behavior change, and help people use Ntrinsx beyond the initial assessment experience.

Rather than teaching a script or rigid delivery model, certification builds facilitator judgment - the ability to read people, adapt in real time, and guide conversations that matter.

Participants experience Ntrinsx first as learners, then as facilitators, ensuring credibility, empathy, and practical application.

Ntrinsx is a SHRM Recertification Provider. Eligible participants may earn SHRM professional development
credits through participation in the certification program. Details provided upon request.

About the Ntrinsx Certification Program

The Ntrinsx Certification Program prepares participants to confidently bring Ntrinsx into real conversations, teams, and organizational settings. Participants learn how to use the Ntrinsx platform, including My Info, People, Messaging, Library, TEAMtalk®, My Team dashboards and analytics, PEAKlevel 360® well-being indicators, and the AI-enabled Virtual Coach.

The emphasis is on practical application, facilitation judgment, and helping people use Ntrinsx to improve communication, leadership, coaching, respect, accountability, and team performance.

Facilitator Certification focuses on:

  • Facilitating the Understanding People module with confidence 

  • Ntrinsx philosophy and methodology

  • Interpreting Color profiles and patterns at work

  • Facilitation skills, pacing, and group dynamics

  • Teaching back content with coaching and feedback

  • Applying Ntrinsx in real team and organizational contexts

  • Overview of all Ntrinsx learning modules and how they fit together
