How to use the Microsoft Tw-Factor Authenticator

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires users to provide two separate forms of identification to verify their identity before accessing an account or system. 2FA is required by many organizations to protect from phishing and other forms of hacking.

Quick Instructions

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Two-Factor Authenticator on your phone.

  2. Click  + to add an account and select Other.

  3. ​Use your phone's camera to read the QR Code.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code on your Desktop in the boxes next to the QR Code.
